This Privacy Policy explains how Pak Caspian Logistics (“Pak Caspian,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information through pakcaspian.com.pk, our logistics services, customer support and the Pak Caspian Logistics Android application.

We do not ask you to send passwords or one-time authentication codes through website contact forms or support messages.

5. Android app permissions and third-party services

The information processed by the Android app depends on the features enabled in the production version. Device permissions, such as notifications, files, camera or location, must only be requested when required for an available feature. Pak Caspian will keep this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration aligned with the released app and the third-party services included in it.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required business and shipment records, resolve disputes, protect security and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and the reason it is held.

7. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of a Pak Caspian Logistics app account through our Delete Account page. We verify account ownership before processing a request. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
